Sr. Thermoplastics R&D Manager Job #2794A Harrisburg, PA
Salary Range: $80-100K+ /Year
We are seeking a Senior Thermoplastics Research & Development Manager that has experience formulating thermoplastic products with knowledge of extrusion and lamination processes.
Products include TPO for roofing and geomembrane, polypropylene geosynthetic products and PVC membrane. Roofing components such as adhesives, primers, fasteners, plates, insulations, edgings and termination bars.
Requirements:
• Masters preferred (BS degree in Chemistry, Physical Science or Engineering minimum)
• 5 years of experience in the plastics and/or roofing industry.
• 10-15 years of experience in the roofing industry with the last 8 years of experience with single-ply systems.
• Experience with SINGLE-PLY SYSTEMS - HIGHLY DESIRED
• Must be able to lift up to 60 Pounds
• Travel 2+ days per month.
